Enrollment Contract

Tuition is based on the summer camp July 5th 2022-August 26th 2022

Tuition 2022 Summer Camp: Tuition Deposit is due at enrollment

  • Athena Academy accepts children from 2 years and 9 months old and up;

  • One time nonrefundable application fee of $50 due with an application;

  • Security deposit, equivalent to one week’s tuition, is due at the registration;

  • Full tuition is due on or before the 1st day of your summer session;

  • Siblings have 5%discount;

  • A late fee equal to a 10% weekly tuition fee will be charged for tuition that is paid 3 or more days later than the due date; A termination will be issued if tuition was not paid after 3 reminders on or on the 3rd day of the week and the security deposit will be used as the tuition for this week;

  • Pick up time for students is 3:00-3:30 PM and 5:00-5:30 PM;

  • $1 per minute will be charged if the child is picked up later after the scheduled pickup time;

  • To confirm your child’s enrollment for the 2022 summer camp at Athena Academy, please also submit a one-week non-refundable deposit. You can pay with a credit card or check, Please make checks payable to Athena Academy and mail them to 12 Brighton St, Belmont MA 02478.

  • We understand that in the event of an unexpected withdrawal or dismissal, no reimbursement will be given. The tuition deposit and all other payments are non-refundable.

  • Please Initialize the box of your chosen weeks

Time 8:30 AM-3:30 PM Tuition $488 per week

Time 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Tuition $600 per week
