Step 1: Official website registration and fill in the basic information
Step 2: The school will arrange the next interview stage after receiving the registration intention
Step 3: The school provides a 2-week trial period for each freshman, parents, and teachers can see if the child is suitable for our course.

There are Athena Academy tuition rates. Tuition can be paid monthly or annually (10 months fee with a discount rate); Summer Session is optional.
1. Athena Academy accepts children aged 2.9 to 6 years old. Athena Academy gives each and every new student a 2 weeks trial period for both parents and teachers to see if the child is fit for our program;
2. One-time non-refundable application fee of $50 due with the application;
3. Security deposit, equivalent to one month’s tuition, is due at the registration;
4. If selected to pay monthly, tuition is due in advance before the first day of each month;
5. If paying annually, tuition is due in advance before school starts.
6. For the summer Session 20% deposit is due at the registration, the rest 80% should be paid in advance before the first day of the Summer Session starts.
7. Siblings has a 5% discount;
8. A late fee equal to 10% of the monthly tuition fee will be charged for tuition that paid 3 or more days later than the due date; A termination will be issued if tuition was not paid after 3 reminders on or before the 15th day of the month and the security deposit will be used as the tuition for this month;
9. Pick up time for full-day students is 3:00-3:30 pm, for a full day with enrichment program is 5:00-5:30 pm; $1 per minute will be charged if child is picked up later after scheduled pickup time;
10. There is a return check fee of $30 if the check bounces back.
